Easy wins
Hi, It's Jim. I read Andre Aggasi's autobiography. "Open". Great book. He describes his mental state when he was at the top of his game. The man would show up to a match, look at his opponent and say in his mind: "Why did this guy even show up? You know there's zero chance of winning. You're about to get rekt". And then he whooped them. I get that same feeling whenever a local business owner asks me for help. Because I know how to win in that arena. Every single time.

Momentum paradox
Hi, It's Jim. Got an insight for you that will be useful in business. Seems paradoxical but it's really not. I enjoy boxing as a hobby. Train 3x a week with a trainer and we spar for 3 rounds at the end of every session. I box best when I'm moving forward. Only time I ever hit my trainer is when I'm aggressively moving forward.
